TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 SUZUKI XL7. THE CONTACT STATED THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL BECAME STUCK AND HE HAD TO PLACE HIS FOOT UNDER THE PEDAL IN ORDER TO LIFT IT UP. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT WAS CONCERNED BECAUSE THE FAILURE OCCURRED WITHOUT A WARNING. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THE AIR CONDITIONER IN THE VEHICLE STOPPED WORKING WHEN THE ACCELERATOR STARTED STICKING. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 14,000.
