2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L

Randomly, and without warning, the instruments, gauges, and displays will switch into a language I do not speak or understand (Italian). Coinciding with the switch to Italian language, cluster and radio display settings revert back to default settings, auto door locks and paddle shifter becomes inoperative (with no menu to enable), pedestrian emergency brake (peb) lamp or forward collision warning (fcw) lamp turns on with no way to disable, units of measurement including speed, temperature, etc. all change, and many other random settings change as well. ***This is clearly a dangerous situation because of all the functions and gauges that change, and the fact it is difficult if not impossible to recover from this due to the language of the setting menus, and the complexity of discovering and navigating through all these changes. I have taken it to the dealer twice, and they say there is nothing they can do and to wait for a possible software update, but none has come and it has been over a year. When this happens, even if one is able to wade through all the settings menus and change setting back, some items cannot be reset (like the FCA off lamp). According to various Jeep owner forums, some dealers have been able to reset something and temporarily correct the issue, but they charge for this service, and the issue returns randomly again. When driveing the jeep it just stop pulling,just driveing in traffic I'm so scared we gonna get Hurt or killed,drove jeep to my daughter house,spent the night next morning getting ready to leave truck wouldn't move,suspension just popped so loud,we kept twisting the button to neutral to drive,before the jeep will move again got on the highway going down highway jeep stop pulling again I just bought this truck in December of 2025,taken it to Parker McGill in starkville twice,they can't find nothing wrong when traveling.and the truck go over 6000rpm will not move,this dangerous on the highway,for my family,im really scared,this is a safety issue,

I am US military stationed in Belgium. There are several Jeep dealerships within a 100 mile radius, but none of them will remedy the recalls on my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. VIN: [XXX] Recall #1: Summary An incorrectly installed rear coil spring may detach from the vehicle while driving. Safety Risk Rear coil springs that detach from the vehicle while driving may result in a hazard to operators and occupants of other vehicles which can cause such vehicles to crash without prior warning and/or may result in injury to vulnerable road users. Remedy FCA US will conduct a voluntary safety recall on all affected vehicles to inspect and, if necessary, repair the rear coil spring assembly. Recall #2: Summary A damaged pinch bolt may break and result in the loss of clamp load between the UCA ball joint and the knuckle. Safety Risk A loss of clamp load may result in the UCA separating from the knuckle and the wheel falling outboard, which can cause a vehicle crash without prior warning. The contact owns a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. The contact stated that while diving at various speeds, there was an abnormally loud screeching sound while turning the steering wheel to the left or the right. The sound was intermittent at first but became a consistent failure over time. The failure also occurred while turning and while driving straight. The vehicle was taken to the dealer to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the driver’s side front suspension strut was leaking, and the lower control arm ball joints had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
