The contact owns a 2026 Honda Accord. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 26V366000 (Tires); however, the part required for the recall repair was unavailable. The contact stated the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The local dealer was contacted, and it was confirmed that the remedy was not available. A second dealer, Freeway Honda (1505 Auto Mall Dr, Santa Ana, CA 92705), was contacted and advised that the remedy would not be available for another month. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure.
