I CHECKED TO MAKE SURE IT WAS LATCHED PROPERLY. ON THE WAY HOME I HAD THE SAME WIND NOISE(IT WAS A WINDY DAY) AFTER 20 MILES ON THE FREEWAY AT 65 MPH IN RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC, THE TOP GAVE WAY & BLEW BACK. YOU CAN SEE WHERE THE LATCH SCRAPED. I ALMOST HAD AN ACCIDENT IN RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC. I THINK THEIR IS A SEAL DEFECT. THE DEALER CLAIMS I WAS AT FAULT,AND IT WAS NOT LATCHED PROPERLY. THE CAR HAD BEEN PURCHASED 4/27/06. *JB
