THE AUTOMATIC THROTTLE CHAIN CAN CATCH ON THE THROTTLE LINKAGE, CAUSING THE THROTTLE TO REMAIN OPEN.
Consequence: THE OPERATOR WOULD HAVE DIFFICULTY STOPPING THE VEHICLE.
Remedy: RETROFIT KITS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ALL AFFECTED VEHICLES INCLUDING PROCEDURES TO OBTAIN LOCAL SERVICE.
