07V560000 · Fuel System, Gasoline:delivery:fuel Pump

ON CERTAIN TOY HAULER RECREATIONAL TRAILERS EQUIPPED WITH GREAT PLAINS INDUSTRIES (GPI) FUEL TRANSFER PUMPS, DUE TO INSUFFICIENT EPOXY ADHESIVE APPLIED AT THE TIME OF INSTALLATION AT THE FACTORY, A FUEL LEAK CAN OCCUR AT THE PUMP'S INLET VALVE.

Consequence & remedy

Consequence: IN THE PRESENCE OF AN IGNITION SOURCE, A FIRE CAN OCCUR.

Remedy: GPI HAS REPLACED ALL THE FUEL PUMPS INVOLVED IN THE RECALL. THIS IS IN REFERENCE TO GREAT PLAINS RECALL (PLEASE SEE 06E016).
