A DIAGNOSTIC WAS PERFORMED AND THE RESULTS INDICATED THAT THE UNDERCARRIAGE WAS RUSTED. HOWEVER, BECAUSE THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE WAS NOT A TOYOTA TACOMA, HE WAS INELIGIBLE FOR THE BUYBACK PROGRAM.
