WHILE DRIVING ON DARK/RAINY ROAD CONDITIONS, TRAVELING 30MPH, CAME AROUND A CURVE, AND THERE WERE ROCKS IN THE ROAD ABOUT THE SIZE OF GRAPEFRUITS, THE RIGHT FRONT WHEEL WENT OVER ROCKS, AND BOTH AIRBAGS DEPLOYED WHEN PARTIALLY APPLIED THE BRAKES. CONTACTED DEALER. NO DAMAGE TO VEHICLE, BUT DRIVER INJURED. *AK *ML
FOR NO APPARENT WHILE DRIVING OVER SOME GRAPEFRUIT SIZE ROCKS, COMING AROUND A CRUB, IN RAINY WEATHER, THE AIR BAG ON THE DRIVER'S AND PASSENGER'S SIDE DEPLOYED. THIS HAPPEN WHILE APPLYING THE BRAKES DRIVING 45 MPH. PLEASE PROVIDE ANY FURTHER INFORMATION.
VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A FRONTAL COLLISION AT 40MP. UPON IMPACT, AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY, CAUSING MINOR INJURIES. DEALER INSPECTED VEHICLE, AND MANUFACTURER HAS BEEN NOTIFIED. *AK

VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: PASSENGER VEHICLES. THE STEERING WHEEL SET NUT MAY NOT HAVE BEEN SUFFICIENTLY TIGHTENED CAUSING STEERING VIBRATION AND LOOSENESS.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: THIS CAN RESULT IN A LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL.
Remedy: DEALERS WILL TIGHTEN THE STEERING WHEEL SET NUT.
