1) EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION: MOTORCYCLE FORKS PRODUCED WITH FENDER BRACKETS, PART NO.. 01-31-44 AND 01-31-13, FOR 19" AND 21" WHEELS. THE FENDER BRACKET IS ATTACHED TO THE MOTORCYCLE FORK LEGS, THEN ATTACHES DIRECTLY TO THE FENDER, OR TO AN INTERMEDIATE SUPPORT WHICH ATTACHES TO THE FENDER. EXCESS VIBRATION MAY BE GENERATED BY A COMBINATION OF ENGINE SIZE, ENGINE MOUNT METHODS (VIBRATION ISOLATION), FENDER WEIGHT, FENDER GEOMETRY, AND OTHER FACTORS WHICH MAY LEAD TO HIGH CYCLE, LOW STRESS FATIGUE WITH SUBSEQUENT BREAKING OF THE BRACKET. 2) EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION: MOTORCYCLE FORK ASSEMBLIES MANUFACTURED FROM MARCH 1, 1999, TO MAY 23, 2000. THE SLIDER TUBE CAN LOOSEN FROM THE AXLE CLAMP OR PISTON WHILE THE MOTORCYCLE IS BEING OPERATED. THEY WILL NOT FIX THIS. *NM
