THE FENDER BRACKET IS ATTACHED TO THE MOTORCYCLE FORK LEGS, THEN ATTACHES DIRECTLY TO THE FENDER, OR TO AN INTERMEDIATE SUPPORT WHICH ATTACHES TO THE FENDER.
