19V778000 · Trailer Hitches

Oct 30, 2019

Temp-Air, Inc. (Temp-Air) is recalling certain 2017-2019 EBB-80 trailers. An incorrect hitch coupling may have been installed that limits the adjustability of the hitch possibly causing the trailer receiver angle to be improper.

Consequence & remedy

Consequence: If the user cannot properly adjust the hitch height to ensure proper trailer leveling, the trailer may suddenly drag, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Temp-Rail will notify owners, and will replace the hitch rail with the correct one, free of charge. The recall began November 6, 2019. Owners may contact Temp-Rail customer service at 1-952-894-3000.
