CONSUMERS VEHICLE IS WORKING ON THE THIRD TENSIONER. TWICE THE TENSIONER HAS BEEN REPLACED AND NOW NEEDS ANOTHER ONE. THERE IS A LOUD CLICKING ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE VEHICLE NEAR THE ENGINE. CONSUMERS VEHICLE IS WORKING ON THE THIRD TENSIONER. TWICE THE TENSIONER HAS BEEN REPLACED AND NOW NEEDS ANOTHER ONE. THERE IS A LOUD CLICKING ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE VEHICLE NEAR THE ENGINE. THE ORIGINAL WAS REPLACED BUT ONLY LASTED 200 MILES. THERE IS A RECALL CURRENTLY OUT REGARDING THE CAM CHAIN TENSIONER. CONSUMER ALSO HAD A LOCK UP OCCUR WHEN THE SHAFT LINKAGE SNAPPED AND WRAPPED AROUND THE COUNTERSHAFT SPROCKET, LOCKING THE REAR TIRE AND THROWING CONSUMER RESULTING IN A BROKEN COLLAR BONE. *JG
