THE SEATBELT LATCHPLATE AND SOME LAP BELT WEBBING RIDES ON THE ABDOMEN OF ADULT OCCUPANTS, RATHER THAN LOW ACROSS THE HIPS AS A SEATBELT IS SUPPOSED TO FIT.
