ON CERTAIN EXPANDABLE TRAVEL TRAILERS, THE REAR BED IS LARGE ENOUGH THAT EXCESS WEIGHT MAY BE PLACED ON THE BED, EXCEEDING THE SUPPORT CAPACITY OF THE BRACKETS.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: THE BED COULD FALL ON SOMEONE CAUSING PERSONAL INJURY.
Remedy: STARCRAFT WILL NOTIFY ITS CUSTOMERS AND STRENGHTEN THE BED BRACKETS FREE OF CHARGE. OWNER NOTIFICATION BEGAN SEPTEMBER 9, 2003. OWNERS WHO TAKE THEIR VEHICLES TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER ON AN AGREED UPON SERVICE DATE AND DO NOT RECEIVE THE FREE REMEDY WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME SHOULD CONTACT STARCRAFT AT
