COMING IN FROM WORK HEARD A LOUD POP, PULLED OVER AND OPENED THE HOOD. SPARK PLUG AND COIL HAD SHOT OUT OF HEAD STRIPPING HEAD AND BREAKING COIL. HAD TO PULL TRUCK HOME.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER BUT THEY WERE UNABLE TO LOCATE A COOLANT LEAK. THE FAILURE PERSISTED AND THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER WHO ADVISED THAT WATER WAS LEAKING FROM THE COOLING SYSTEM. VARIOUS INSPECTIONS WERE PERFORMED ON THE VEHICLE BUT THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE THE ORIGIN OF THE LEAK. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
