Summary
EXHAUST HEAT SHIELD WAS NOT INSTALLED IN PRODUCTION.
Consequence
THE LACK OF THIS SHIELD CAN ALLOW FALLING REFUSE TO CAUSEA VEHICLE FIRE.
Remedy
INSTALL AN EXHAUST PIPE HEAT SHIELD.
