VOLVO CAMPAIGN NO 23.POSSIBILITY OF INSUFFICIENT TORQUE WAS APPLIED DURINGASSEMBLY WHICH COULD ALLOW A BOLT TO BECOME SEPARATED FROM THE STEERING SHAFTCOUPLING.THIS CONDITION WOULD RESULT IN REDUCTION OF STEERING PRECISION ANDULTIMATELY IN LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING AND RETORQUINGNUTS WHERE NECESSARY).
