FORD CAMPAIGN NO 118.POSSIBILITY THAT TORINO TWO DOOR HARDTOP MODELS WEREINADVERTENTLY BUILT WITH PASSENGER CAR SEAT BELTS IN THE RIGHT-HAND REARSEATING POSITION.WITH THE ADVERSE DIMENSIONAL TOLERANCES OF THE SEAT BELT ANDRETRACTOR, A SMALL CHILD MAY NOT BE RESTRAINED BY THE BELT ASSEMBLY AS THELENGTH OF WEBBING EXTENDED MAY BE INSUFFICIENT TO PLACE THE RETRACTOR IN THELOCK-UP MODE.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING AND INSTALLING PROPER SEAT BELTS WHERENECESSARY).
