INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER CAMPAIGN NO 73517.POSSIBILITY THAT THE NUT THATRETAINS PITMAN ARM TO STEERING GEAR MAY NOT HAVE BEEN TORQUED TOSPECIFICATIONS.IF THIS CONDITION EXISTS PITMAN ARM CAN BECOME LOOSE ANDRESULT IN IMPAIRED STEERING CONTROL.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING AND RETORQUING TOSPECIFICATIONS).
