VOLVO CAMPAIGN NO V-13.POSSIBILITY THAT UNDER CERTAIN CONDIT IONS WATERVAPORS FROM P.C.V.SYSTEM COULD COLLECT IN THR OTTLE PLATE AREA ANDFREEZE, CAUSING THROTTLE NOT TO RETURN TOIDLE POSITION DURING DECELERATION.(CORRECT BY REROUTING P.
