POSSIBILITY THAT DURING FREEWAY DRIV- ING VEHICLES FITTED WITH ZENITH-STROMBERG CARBURETOR AND HOT START VALVES COULD HAVE ACTUATING LEVER OF HOTSTART VALVE INTERFERE WITH THROTTLE RETURN.THIS COULD RESULT IN APARTIALLY-OPEN THROTTLE DURING DECELERATION.(CORRECT BY MODIFYING HOT STARTVALVE TO PRE- CLUDE POSSIBLE THROTTLE STICKING.)
