POSSIBILITY ONE OR MORE WHEELS HAVE BOLT HOLES WITH CHAMFERS THAT DO NOT MATCH CHAMFERS ON WHEEL NUTS.EXTENDED OPERATION IN THIS CONDITION COULD CAUSE WHEEL NUTS TO WORK LOOSE AND RESULT IN AN UNSAFE VEHICLE.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING AND REPLACING WHEELS WHERE NECESSARY.)
