POSSIBILITY THAT UNDERSIZED RELEASE BUTTONS INSTALLED IN WINDSHIELD WASHER SYSTEM.THIS PREVENTS WINDSHIELD WASHERS FROM FUCTIONING.(CORRECT BY CHECKING WASHER SYSTEM AND REPLACING FAULTY BUT- TONS WHERE NECESSARY.)
