POSSIBILITY THAT TWO SPRINGS IN VACUUM OPERATED HEADLAMP COVER SYSTEMS OMITTED IN PRODUCTION.THESE SPRINGS HOLD HEADLAMP COVERS OPEN IN EVENT OF A MAJOR LOSS OF VACUUM, WHICH COULD POSSIBLY ALLOW COVERS TO CLOSE WHILE CAR IS IN MOTION.(CORRECT BY IN- STALLING SPRINGS WHERE NECESSARY.)
