THE FOLLOWING DAY THE FENDER WAS REPLACED BY A LOCAL REPAIR FACILITY. A COUPLE OF DAYS AFTER THE TRAILER WAS REPAIRED THE FENDER BROKE. THE FENDER WAS WELDED ONTO THE TRAILER BY AN ASSOCIATE. THE MANUFACTURER INFORMED THE CONTACT TO TAKE THE TRAILER TO ONE OF THEIR LOCATIONS WHICH IS 400 MILES AWAY. THE CONTACT IS CONCERNED ABOUT THE SAFETY RISK SINCE THE FENDER COULD FALL OFF AGAIN AND BE RELEASED INTO ON COMING TRAFFIC WHICH COULD ALSO CAUSE A CRASH TO OCCUR.
