TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1999 OLDSMOBILE BRAVADA. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH, THE CONTACT HEARD A THUMP. HE LOOKED OUT HIS REAR VIEW MIRROR AND NOTICED A TIRE ROLLING DOWN THE STREET IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION.
