THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING 55 MPH WHEN THE AXLE BROKE OFF OF THE VEHICLE. IT APPEARED AS IF THE AXLE BROKE AT A PORTION OF THE AXLE THAT HAD BEEN WELDED. THE FAILURE …
