- My AC/ Heat Control Unit failed and isn't able to send the signal to turn on heat and is now stuck on cool air. The part # is 2750044BB0C-A. It is in a 2016 Nissan Rouge and has lost connection. - It is a safety concern due to that I am unable to keep warm in harsh cold weather as well as I am unable to unfreeze my windshield so I can proceed with safe driving visibility. The only air blowing is cold air which doesn't mix with cold winter weather. - It has been inspected by a mechanic and he has said that it is an electrical problem because it isn't sending the correct signal to the rest of the AC/Heat unit to perform correctly. -When it was still working it kept going in and out with cold and hot air. Then it finally just stopped working. There was no sound or bangs to indicate it was finally broken. I just knew when I put the setting to heat it was not giving me hot air it was coming out as cool or really cold air.

The dealer sold me a car with tampered mileage (106056 miles). When I found out, he took away the title document and refused to return the money. He implied me to sign the sales slip or I would lose both the money and the car. After I signed, he was worried that I would report him, so he took away the REG262 document with his signature and false mileage. He also took advantage of the opportunity that I left the car in his shop to change the tampered mileage back to the original real 225438 miles.and On October 23,2024, I asked him to refund me, he replied "Hey asshole no one can play with odometer " On November 20,2024, when he got the summons,he replied "Thats not true You try to change the mileage I will sue you " But in the court, he said the mileage 106056 was taken on 10/19/2024 of the dashboard is trip mileage. So I can't register it and can't use the vehicle at all

It has gotten down to 20 degrees and I have had no heat in my car. - Yes, I took it to the Leith Nissan dealership to get a diagnostic and they told me the whole system needs to be replaced. - No, It has not been inspected by any of those. - The first time I noticed the problem was around January 1st. My heat was going in and out and then all around it started blowing cold air even on the warmest settings. I have had significant problems with this car. Within the first month, I had to replace the battery. In September 2024 the car went from 70 mph to 40 mph with no warning and then the engine malfunction lights came on. It was supposedly fixed by Jeff Wyler Nissan Colerain. In October of 2024 the exact same thing occurred. We went from 70 mph to 40 mph and were stranded for hours yet again. Jeff Wyler Nissan Eastgate supposedly fixed the problem this time with new electrical components. Most recently, in December of 2024, the exact thing occurred AGAIN. We went from 70 to 40 and had to have the car towed for the third time in three months and the fourth time in 2 years. It is currently at Jeff Wyler Eastgate again - supposedly waiting on a temperature component - which they think is the engine problem. All of these incidences occurred on a highway and could have had devastating consequences.

I took ownership of this vehicle on December 11, 2024. Here are some of the problems I've encountered with this 2025 Nissan Rogue SL model: (1)Blind Spot, lane departure has been malfunctioning as of 12-11-2024. (2)The seat belt symbol started malfunctioning a few days later. The red seat belt sign on the dashboard remains on for an extended period. (3)The AM/ FM radio was working for a short time then off and on. Whenever the AM/FM radio goes out, Sirius XM radio remain strong. I brought the SUV back to the leasing company twice after which they programmed and reset the radio and the safety features. It seemed to work for a day. I called the leasing company and they said that I should take the Rogue to one of Nissan's service departments for a diagnostic workup. I made an appointment with the service dept. where the technician spent a good amount of time going over the vehicle.  We then took a test drive where he explained how the system worked. The tech said that this vehicle’s blind spot kicks in after it reaches 30 miles according to the training video. He went on t say, in addition you have to press the blue blind spot logo to activate the system. I  took the vehicle to the Nissan service.  Since driving this Nissan Rogue another problem occurred that complicates all of the other issues above. That is this dangerous rear lift gate. Let me be clear, I’m a disabled veteran and all of these safety components are extremely important to my family. I can’t afford to worry or be hit again by this lift gate. This lift gate has hit me twice which organizing my belongs in this new SUV. Whenever your working near the rear bumper the rear lift gate is likely to come down! I’m back from the Holidays and this vehicle is going back to the Nissan service Dept again. Thanks in advance for your time and consideration.
