INTERNATIONAL TRUCK CORP HAS BEEN HAVING SERIOUS BRAKE FAILURES ON THOUSANDS OF SCHOOL BUSES AND MEDIUM DUTY TRUCKS SINCE 2008. THESE FAILURES ARE FOCUSED AROUND THE MERITOR MADE HCU WHICH PROVIDES ELECTRICALLY BUILT PRESSURE TO THE WHEELS.
