ALL FOUR SEAT BELTS IN MY 1994 DODGE STEALTH DO NOT RETRACT PROPERLY. I WOULD SAY THAT OVER 90% OF THE TIME THE SEAT BELT DOES NOT RETACT AT ALL. THIS IS A MAJOR CONCERN OF MINE! *JB
