THE CONTACT PULLED THE VEHICLE OVER AND NOTICED THAT THE TIRE BELT HAD SHIFTED ON THE TIRES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE APPROXIMATE VEHICLE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 83,500 AND THE TIRE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 5,000.
