UPDATED 9/4/14*CN THE CONSUMER STATED WHEN AN INCIDENT WOULD OCCUR THE VEHICLE HAD NO BRAKES UNLESS PUT IN NUETRAL. THE ACCELERATION MAINTAINED THE CURRENT SPEED.
