WHEN THE CONTACT ARRIVED FOR THE APPOINTMENT, THE DEALER REFUSED THE REPAIR AND STATED THAT THE VEHICLE HAD TO BE REPAIRED BY FREIGHTLINER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.
