The vehicle was brought to Mazda three times for the same brake-related concern. The issue occurred during braking and has not been resolved despite inspections and repair attempts.” If you’re listing each visit, do it like “Visit 1: Customer reported brake noise. Dealer inspected. Visit 2: Same concern returned, vehicle brought back for diagnosis and repair. Visit 3: Brake-related issue reported again. Problem continued.” That keeps it clean and close to the service records. And it at a dealer ship for the 4 time already , and they keep saying it the brakes but now I have to pay for the fix when I was complaining about well under wa
