TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 LEXUS GX470. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AUTOMATIC KEYLESS FOB FAILED AND THE ONLY WAY TO ACTIVATE THE DOOR LOCKS WAS WITH THE KEY FOB. THERE WAS NO MANUAL ENTRY FOR THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DOORS AND THE REAR HATCH WERE UNABLE TO BE OPENED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND ADVISED THAT A REPRESENTATIVE WOULD RETURN HER CALL WITHIN TWENTY-FOUR HOURS OF NOTIFICATION. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 77,000. UPDATED 10/17/11 *BF THE DEALER AGREED TO FIX THE VEHICLE AT NO CHARGE. UPDATE 10/26/11
