A REPRESENTATIVE FROM THE KIA MANUFACTURER INSPECTED THE FAILURE AND STATED SHE MUST HAVE CRASHED INTO SOMETHING. THE MANUFACTURER REFUSED TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE. SHE WILL CONTACT THE INSURANCE COMPANY. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 46,400.
