I WAS RIDING AT ABOUT 25-30 MPH WHEN I CAME TO A STOP SIGN. AS I SLOWED DOWN AND SQUEEZED THE CLUTCH LEVER IN TO DOWNSHIFT THE ENGINE INSTANTLY CUT OFF AND THE IDLE NEEDLE DROPPED FROM ABOUT 3000 RPM TO ZERO INSTANTLY.
