DT: STEERING STEM WAS NOT TIGHTENED DOWN AT THE FACTORY. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN CAUGHT AT THE 600 MILES SERVICE, WHICH WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, CONSUMER STATES HE PAID FOR THE SERVICE, BUT NOTHING WAS DONE.
