WHEN THE DEALER PERFORMED A DIAGNOSTIC TEST, THERE WERE NO ERROR CODES DISPLAYED. THE WARRANTY REMAINED CURRENT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND REFERRED HER CASE TO A CASE MANAGER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 17,817 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 36,100.
