THE CONTACT STATED THAT DURING A ROUTINE INSPECTION THE TECHNICIAN CONCLUDED THAT THE TIRES HAD BLISTERS ON THE SIDEWALL; THEREFORE, IT FAILED THE STATE INSPECTION. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED.
