The contact owns a 2017 Infiniti QX50. The contact stated while driving 65 mph, the moon roof glass shattered without impact. The contact owns a 2017 Infiniti QX50. The contact stated while driving 65 mph, the moon roof glass shattered without impact. The moon roof shards fell inside the vehicle onto the driver however, there was no injury sustained. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer where it was diagnosed with the moon roof needing to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 47,110.
