Structure

HONDA MOTORCYCLE'S FRAME BROKE. THE FRAME SUPPORT WAS DAMAGED, CAUSING THE ENGINE TO DROP FROM THE FRAME OF THE MOTORCYCLE. CURRENTLY , MOTORCYCLE WAS AT THE HONDA DEALER, WHO OFFERED TO WELD THE FRAME. THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE TO THE CONSUMER, WHO WAS VERY UNHAPPY, AND FEARED FOR HIS LIFE IF THIS PROBLEM WAS NOT RESOLVED. *AK

THE CONSUMER FOUND THE PROBLEM AS THE TIRES WERE BEING CHANGED. UPON REMOVAL, THE REAR WHEEL SPLINES ON THE FINAL DRIVE GEAR/FINAL FLANGE WERE COMPLETELY RUSTED AND SHOWED SEVERE WEAR. THE U-JOINT WAS WRONGLY ASSEMBLED, CAUSING IT TO BREAK UP WHILE RIDING. ALSO, WHEN MOTORCYCLE REACHES 60 MPH IT STARTS SHAKING VERY HARD, ALMOST CAUSING A LOSS OF CONTROL. DEALER HAS BEEN CONTACTED. *AK *ML
