THE ELECTRONICS FAIL AND LOCK OUT THE ELECTRIC ASSIST AND THE STEERING WHEELS ARE BINDING CREATING A BUS THAT IS HARD TO STEER AND REQUIRING ENGINEERING INVOLVEMENT TO GET OPERATIONAL. …
