I received a recall letter in October 2025. The letter states Ford Motor Company do nit have the parts available and will notify me when they do have a remedy so I can make an appointment. The problem is I still haven’t received a notification letter about a remedy found. It’s been almost a year.

Interim letters notifying owners of the safety risk were mailed on October 25, 2025. Additional letters will be mailed once the final remedy is available on each phase.
