WHEN MY 08 F-250 DIESEL IS DRIVEN IN THE RAIN ON THE HIGHWAY AT A CONSTANT SPEED, THEN ACCELERATE TO PASS OR GO UP A GRADE IT HAS A HESITATION AND WHITE SMOKE OR STEAM.
