I HAVE BEEN CLOSELY MONITORING THE KUMHO ROAD VENTURE AT LT215/85 R16S ON MY 2010 FLEETWOOD PULSE MOTORHOME BECAUSE OTHER OWNERS HAVE REPORTED PROBLEMS ON THE PULSE YAHOO FORUM. TODAY, I NOTICED A 4 TO 5 INCH LONG, 1 INCH HIGH BULGE ON THE SHOULDER BETWEEN THE TREAD AND SIDEWALL ON MY LEFT REAR INNER DUAL. THE TIRE WAS FULLY INFLATED. THE MOTORHOME HAS ONLY BEEN DRIVEN A FEW HUNDRED MILES IN THE PAST 6 WEEKS, SINCE I LAST INSPECTED THE TIRES. KUMHO FAILURES ON FLEETWOOD PULSE / ICON / QUEST MOTORHOMES HAVE BEEN FREQUENTLY REPORTED. THEY ARE ON 2008 DODGE SPRINTER CHASSIS AND THE DATE CODE INDICATES MANUFACTURE EARLY IN 2007. DOT CODE H20P YD4A 2307. IT SEEMS THAT A RECALL WOULD BE WARRANTED. (ALSO, PLEASE NOTE THAT SEVERAL OTHER SIMILAR COMPLAINTS CAN BE FOUND BY SEARCHING UNDER THE "KUMHO" "KUMHO" LINE OF TIRES.
