THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE WOULD NOT HAVE THE VEHICLE REPAIRED UNTIL IT COMPLETELY FELL APART. THIS WAS A DUMP TRAILER; THEREFORE, NO VEHICLE INFORMATION WAS AVAILABLE.
