DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WATER WAS NOTICED LEAKING BETWEEN THE ROOF AND CEILING THROUGH THE SKY LIGHT. UPON VISUAL INSPECTION, IT WAS NOTICED THAT THE SKY LIGHT WAS NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY. ALSO, THE CEILING BEHIND THE LIGHT FIXTURE WAS SCORCHED AND CRACKING. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED, WHO SUGGESTED THAT REFLECTIVE TAPE BE PLACED BETWEEN THE LIGHTBULB AND THE BACKING OF THE FIXTURE OR TO PLACE SPACERS BETWEEN THE FIXTURES AND CEILING. NO REPAIRS WERE MADE. THE CONTACT EXPRESSED CONCERN THAT A FIRE COULD OCCUR. MANUFACTURER: KIT, MODEL:EXTREME.
