TWO TYPES OF FIRESTONE TIRE RIM BASES AND MATCHING SIDE RINGS WERE IN USE. DURING INSTALLATION, TIRE RIM BASES AND SIDE RINGS MAY NOT HAVE BEEN CORRECTLY MATCHED.
Consequence: Not supplied
Remedy: UPON INSPECTION, ALL INCORRECT RIM BASES AND SIDE RINGS WILL BE REPLACED WITH THE CORRECT PARTS.
