HAD VEHICLE TOWED TO A SHOP AND THEY REPLACED A COMPONENT THEY SAID WAS BAD, 600.00 AND FOUR DAYS LATER WE PICKED UP VEHICLE AND TO A TRIP TO THE MOUNTAINS WHERE IT QUIT AGAIN AND LEFT US STRANDED IN THE BACK COUNTRY OF COLORADO. AFTER ABOUT A HOUR OR SO IT STARTED AND WE TOOK IT BACK TO THE SHOP THAT DONE THE WORK AND THEY HAVE HAD IT FOR OVER A WEEK AND HAVE NOT SOLVED THE PROBLEM. *JB

VAN IS HAS RATTLE FROM UNDERSIDE SINCE LATE 2003. VAN BEGAN BACKFIRING 12/2005. WE RECEIVED LETTER ON RECALL FOR CATALYTIC CONVERTER UP TO 8 YRS AND 80,000 MILE. WE WERE INFORMED BY DEALER THAT OUR ENGINE SIZE IS THE ONLY ONE NOT GIVEN AN EXTENSION TO 10 YR 100,000. THE CONVERTERS ARE FAILING ON THE 5.9 L ALSO. THESE ARE BIG VEHICLES DESIGNED TO BE USED.
