I GOT A RECALL LETTER FOR THE TCM (THAT WAS A MONTH AGO.) HAVE HAD MY CAR IN THREE TIMES BECAUSE IT WOULDN'T START SINCE I GOT THE LETTER . HAD TO HAVE IT TOWED TWO OF THE THREE TIMES. WAS IN YESTERDAY & WAS TOLD THE PROBLEM IS THE RECALLED PART & THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO UNTIL I GET THE SECOND NOTICE STATING THE PART IS READY . IT IS A GAMBLE EVERY TIME I GO TO START MY CAR AS TO WHETHER OR NOT I WILL BE ABLE TO GET WHERE I'M GOING . THE CAR HAS SHIFTED INTO NEUTRAL ON 3 SEPARATE OCCASIONS ALL OF WHICH HAS BEEN @ A STOP SIGN WITH MY FOOT ON THE BRAKE . IF THIS ISN'T GOING TO BE RESOLVED TILL SOMETIME IN JANUARY MAYBE THERE SHOULD BE DEALER CARS MADE AVAILABLE FOR US TO USE . I BOUGHT A NEW CAR SO I WOULD HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION & I'M NOT FEELING THAT'S WHAT I'VE GOT RIGHT NOW . I LOVE MY CAR BUT I'M VERY FRUSTRATED RIGHT NOW. THANK YOU *TR

WHILE DRIVING AND ATTEMPTING TO COME TO A STOP BY PRESSING THE BREAK, THE BREAK OUT OF NOWHERE BECAME VERY DIFFICULT TO PRESS DOWN AND THE CAR WAS DIFFICULT TO STOP. I WAS COMING OFF THE HIGHWAY APPROACHING A LIGHT. AFTER I WAS ABLE TO PRESS IT DOWN IT LET OFF A HISSING NOISE. I TOOK IT IN AND WAS TOLD IT WAS THE BREAK BOOSTER THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. NO ONE WAS ABLE TO INFORM ME WHAT CAUSED IT. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY TROUBLE PRIOR TO, NO ACCIDENTS AND I AM CONSISTENT WITH SERVICE. IT IS CLEAR THIS IS A MANUFACTURING PROBLEM AND A RECALL IS IN ORDER. I DO UNDERSTAND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST OR ONLY COMPLAINT FOR THE VERY SAME ISSUE. THIS COULD RESULT IN DEATH. ALSO THEIR SEEMS TO BE A PROBLEM WITH MY AIRBAG SYSTEM AND TIRE LIGHT AS THEY HAVE BEEN TRIGGERED ON THEIR OWN AND WILL NOT GO OFF.

ARRIVED HOME ON 12/5/2015, WE LIVE ON AN INCLINE SO WE HAVE TO USE THE PARKING BRAKE TO PARK. I NOTICED THAT WHEN I APPLIED THE PARKING BRAKE IT WAS A LITTLE WEAK FEELING. WE DID NOT DRIVE THE CAR AGAIN UNTIL THE MORNING OF 12/7/2015. WE WERE LEAVING FOR WORK, APPLIED THE BRAKE, PUT IN REVERSE AND RELEASED THE PARKING BRAKE. WHEN I RELEASED IT, IT JUST FELL LIKE THERE WAS NOTHING THERE... LIKE THE PARKING BRAKE WAS JUST A HANDLE NOT ATTACHED TO ANYTHING. SO, I STARTED TO BACK UP AND WITH THE PARKING BRAKE COMPLETELY OFF, THE REAR BRAKES WERE STILL LOCKED UP. I PULLED FORWARD AND BACKWARD TO TRY AND HELP FREE THE BRAKES. APPLIED THE PARKING BRAKE AGAIN AND IT HAD NOTHING THERE. SINCE THIS IS THE ONLY VEHICLE WE HAVE, WE CONTINUED TO DRIVE IT AND IT EVENTUALLY FREED UP, BUT STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY. WHEN APPLYING THE REGULAR BRAKES TO STOP, THE REAR END FELT LIKE IT HAD TO MUCH BRAKES. I COULD ALSO LET OFF THE GAS AND FEEL THE CAR COMING TO A STOP LIKE A SLIGHT AMOUNT OF BRAKING WAS BEING APPLIED. I DROVE IT TO THE DEALERSHIP IMMEDIATELY TO HAVE THE PROBLEM LOOKED AT. THEY TOLD ME THERE WERE NO SAFETY RECALLS ON THE CAR, HOWEVER THERE HAVE BEEN MULTIPLE ISSUES/REPORTS AND RECALLS ABOUT THE BRAKES FOR THIS MODEL.

IT ACTUALLY TOOK OVER 6 WEEKS TO REPAIR THE CAR, AS PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE. HIS CAR ALSO SHOWS THAT IT IS NOT IN THE SYSTEM WHEN I INPUT THE VIN NUMBER. I'M HOPING I DIDN'T MISS ANY RECALLS BECAUSE OF THIS. ORIGINALLY WHEN HE BOUGHT THE CAR, THE VIN NUMBER WAS WRONG ON HIS REGISTRATION. HE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF STOPPING THE VEHICLE WHEN I RAN INTO THE BACK OF IT. HE WAS ON A HIGHWAY AT THE TIME. IT CAUSED $8,847.31 DAMAGE TO HIS CAR.

LAST MONTH, THE CLUTCH WENT OUT AGAIN. HAD TO BE TOWED TO THE DEALER. NOW IT SEEMS THEY ARE REPLACING THE ENTIRE CLUTCH KIT. TOLD ME THE FLYWHEEL WAS COMPLETELY BURNED OUT. AND TRIED TO BLAME MY DRIVING, SAYING THE FLYWHEEL WAS NORMAL WHEN THEY EVALUATED IT. NO WAY, DODGE. NOW THEY'VE HAD MY CAR SINCE NOVEMBER 16TH, TODAY BEING DEC. 3, AND IT STILL WON'T BE FIXED UNTIL WELL INTO NEXT WEEK. AND THE RENTAL CAR IS OUT OF MY POCKET.
